KLT Surface Engineering Technology Center has advanced automatic thermal spraying equipment, such as large-scale oxygen kerosene supersonic flame spraying system (JP series), supersonic flame spraying system (HVAF series), subsonic ordinary flame spraying system, flame spraying, high-speed arc spraying, plasma spraying and welding system. Products are widely used in various industries, including metallurgy, paper-making, petrochemical, power, military, sugar, steel, valves, mining, textile, providing coatings with wear resistance, corrosion resistance, insulation, heat conduction, heat insulation, conductivity, anti-sticking and anti-electromagnetic shielding. The products are very popular among users at home and abroad.
The thermal spraying technology can not only improve the wear resistance, corrosion resistance, erosion resistance, thermal stability and chemical stability of machinery and equipment, but also give special functions to common materials, such as high temperature superconducting coatings, biological coatings, diamond coatings, solid oxygen fuel cell (SOFCs) electrode catalytic coatings, etc. Therefore, thermal spraying technology will inevitably attract more attention, and will be more widely used in various industrial fields. The actual parts vary greatly due to their material, shape, size, application environment, service conditions and so on. In order to successfully use thermal spraying coating to solve the technical problems, some specific processes must be followed, among which the most important is the following five key processes.
1. Accurately analyzing the problem and defining coating performance requirements;
2. Reasonable coating design, including correct selection of spraying materials, equipment, process and strict evaluation system of coating quality and performance;
3. Optimizing coating preparation process;
4. Strictly controlling coating quality;
5. Economic feasibility analysis of coating technology.
